Possible Sentence : 25 years imprisonment to life imprisonment on count 1, 1 to 20 years imprisonment each on counts 2 and 3 and 1 to 10 years imprisonment on count 4
Result : After almost 2 years of Investigations the state dismissed all counts based off of evidence presented by the Defense Attorney

Charges : Count 1 : Armed Robbery, Count 2 - Aggravated Assault, Count 3 - Possession of a firearm by convicted felon
Possible Sentence : 10 to 20 years up to life imprisonment on count 1, 1 to 20 years imprisonment on count 2, 1 to 5 years imprisonment on count 3
Result : After two weeks of trial litigation, the defendant was found not guilty by a jury on all 3 counts
Location : Fulton County Superior Court
Charges : Count 1 : Possession of marijuana with intent to distribution
Possible Sentence : Minimum 1 year imprisonment up to 10 years imprisonment on count 1
Result : After filing a motion to suppress due to what we believed was an illegal search and seizure, the State Prosecutor dismissed the case
Location : Gwinnett County Superior Court
Charges : Count 1 : Cruelty to children in the first degree - Count 2 : Simple Battery
Possible Sentence : Minimum 5 years imprisonment up to 20 years imprisonment on count 1, Up to 1 year imprisonment on count 2
Result : After a 3 day trial by jury the defendant was found not guilty on all counts
Location : Cobb County Superior Court
Charges : Count 1 : Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Count 2 : Possession of methamphetamine
Possible Sentence : Minimum 1 year imprisonment up to 5 years imprisonment on count 1, Minimum 1 year imprisonment up to 10 years imprisonment on count 2
Result : Based on the evidence presented by the State Prosecutor it was in our clients best interest to take a plea rather than go to trial. The State prosecutor was asking for 10 years probation, 4 years imprisonment and a $ 3,000 fine. After negotiating with the prosecutor we were able to get him reduced down to time served, and a $1,000 fine. The judge approved our negotiation and our client was released within a week.
